The Boilers - A Natural Spring and Conservation Garden
295 West Buena Vista Boulevard
The newest addition to our inventory of beautiful parks in Washington City is “The Boilers - A Natural Spring and Conservation Garden”. This historic park is located just north of Interstate 15 in a beautiful garden setting. “The Boilers” served as an important water source to the early settlers of Washington City, and continues today. It also served as a popular swimming hole and source of recreation for many years to the early residents of our community.
In conjunction with the Washington County Water Conservancy District (wcwcd.org), “The Boilers” displays a variety of indigenous flowers and plants. A comfortable path guides and allows visitors to read and learn about each while reflecting on the sacred nature of this area.
This park provides a variety of amenities for visitors of all ages. Amenities include a large pavilion, picnic tables, picnic areas, a playground, and a pickle-ball court. This park is perfect for picnics, family reunions, and active citizens. Many community members have anxiously awaited the renovation of this landmark in our city, and all are welcome!
