We all have stress whether from work, home, or anything else. It is helpful to release this tension in a constructive (or destructive) way. So rather than breaking your own stuff or taking your stress out on something a bit less willing, try a Rage Room. We see results within minutes of breaking the first item. We provide a safe space to do the usually frowned upon. Our guests come out feeling like a new person with whatever weight they were carrying lifted off their shoulders. Each session starts with safety gear, a safety brief, and a few ground rules. After that’s taken care of guests will pick their weapon, crank up the tunes, and SMASH the S#!^ out of things.
