Join us for an amazing adventure as we wander and explore the Water Canyon hike outside of Hildale, UT followed by a wine tasting event at Water Canyon Winery. The Water Canyon hike features stunning views, sheer vermillion cliffs, and a natural spring at the top of the trail! This local treasure is considered one of Southern Utah’s hidden gems and rewards hikers with a small waterfall, lush vegetation, and small crowds. After the hike, the magic continues as we drive a few miles to Water Canyon Winery. The wine tasting experience consists of five 1oz pours of your choice, and a delectable charcuterie tray for your enjoyment. After the tasting, there is an opportunity to tour the operation and purchase your favorite wines to bring back.

The approximate drive time to Water Canyon is 55 minutes each way. For much of the trip there are amazing views out the window of the van to occupy your imagination. This is a Challenge level hike with 700” elevation gain and non-stop views as you ascend Water Canyon. This activity is subject to a 3-guest minimum or may be rescheduled or incur additional fees. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. A 20% service charge and applicable taxes will be applied to this activity.
