**Coral Pink Sand Dunes **

Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park is home to phenomenal undulating waves of red sand. Created primarily by high winds, the dunes that formed are colossal iron-colored arches that are estimated to be 10,000 to 15,000 years old. The area is affectionately nicknamed “The Dunes” by locals.

The park is known for spectacular views and photo opportunities, and is also a popular destination for ATV riders and campers. Roughly 90% of the dunes are open for ATV riding, and the entire park is accessible for play, hiking, picnicking, or just marveling.

“The Dunes” are 21 miles away and a brief 32 minute drive from Hildale, UT. The park is open during daylight hours, 7 days a week.

Please practice safety when visiting the state park and follow all signs of rules and regulations. Help us keep our parks clean by packing out everything that you brought in!
