Lake Powell
Lake Powell is more than just a recreational lake– camping, rappelling, waterskiing, kayaking, boating, and a myriad of other adventures are accessible at this picturesque reservoir that stretches like veins through winding slot canyons. The artificial lake sees over three million visitors annually and was created by the flooding of Glen Canyon. The lake stretches up Glen Canyon and has poured into side canyons. Some of the most notable landmarks include: Glen Canyon Dam, Rainbow Bridge, Lone Rock, Castle Rock, Padre Bay and Cathedral in the Desert.

There are numerous addresses to access Lake Powell depending on which marina you are trying to reach. Make sure you accurately map out which marina or beach you are accessing.

- The southwest end of Lake Powell (Arizona) has Lake Powell Resort, Wahweap Marina, Dangling Rope Marina, and the Glen Canyon Dam.
- The northeast end is Bullfrog, Utah and is called North Lake Powell (Utah). This portion has Defiance House Lodge, Bullfrog Marina, and Halls Crossing Marina.
