The Pastry Pub was established in 1999 and has been a staple in Cedar City ever since. In July 2021, a change in ownership brought new, inventive culinary options along with an updated name, The Pub. Our restaurant prides itself on using the freshest, seasonal ingredients to create unique flavorful dishes for all to enjoy. We bake our croissants, French subs, cheese bagels, and pastries fresh daily. We offer daily specials, delicious burgers, fresh pastas, flavorful salads, and unique sandwiches, all while still honoring what the original owners offered.

Cole and Nikki are dedicated to continuing to provide the best quality food and customer service. Cole has been a chef for many years and was ecstatic to bring his unique culinary experience to the Cedar City community. He has a passion for serving only the freshest, in-season products with impeccable plating and flavor.
